Shipping Policy

As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of receiving your items safley. We are committed to keeping our shipping processes simple and efficient to serve you better.

Based in West Australia & Victoria in person collection avaiolable by appointment
WA collected - Mandurah or Subiaco

VIC collection - South Morang
 
If that doesn't suit you, we are happy to package your orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery in Australia

All shipments are sent by Australia Post and require a signature on delivery for orders over $100.

 

All shipping costs will vary based on total weight of products.

 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email which includes your tracking information.

 

Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order?

 

Yes, I'm based in Mandurah, WA but also travel to Subiaco at least once a month. 

Also collection can happen in South Morang, VIC

What are the shipping options available

If you require shipping we use Australia Post, cost of shipping is calculated on order being received

Once your order has been received and postage calculated you will be sent an email for payment.

We welcome bank transfer or cash if collecting in person.
